At BitRock, we pride ourselves on providing outstanding support to our customers. When you purchase an InstallBuilder license or renew your maintenance contract, you are entitled to one year of email support.
We also provide several online resources, including a list of FAQs and a Community Support Forum, so you can get your questions answered even more quickly. The InstallBuilder User Guide (PDF Version) is also included with every InstallBuilder download in the docs/ subdirectory of the installation path.
If the above resources don't provide the answer your question, contact our support team by filling out our online form or sending an email to email@example.com. We make every attempt to respond to all support requests within 12 hours during business days, and most requests are answered within just a few hours.
