With InstallBuilder, you can generate installers from any platform, for any platform. The installer builder tool runs on Windows, Mac OS X, Solaris, HP-UX, AIX, FreeBSD, OpenBSD, IRIX, and Linux (Intel x86/x64, Itanium, s390, PPC). From any one of those platforms, you can generate installers for all other supported platforms, so you can create all of your installers from a single build machine.
